本作是以《BLUE REFLECTION幻舞少女之剑》为原点，发展出全新「BLUE REFLECTIONPROJECT」而推出的电视动画。新的主角为积极且开朗、无法放任有问难的人不管的平原阳樱莉（CV：千菅春香），以及笨拙、不懂该如何与人相处的羽成琉夏（CV：石见舞菜香），宛如对比的两名少女相遇，让她们自己与世界都逐渐改变。。Since the death of their father and mother, Ambar and Dika move to a nursing home owned by their parents' best friend and their son, Agus.
