最近大反派羚羚羊研发了多个克隆羊在小镇上实施各种新型诈骗。每个克隆羊的出场都是一次新的行骗方式，看啦咘啦哆警长如何一一识别侦破，把罪犯捉拿归案。小镇居民的防诈骗意识也得到了大幅提升。。1949年10月，新中国刚成立不久，百废待兴，各行各业急需人才建设。为了更好发展国家建设，中国高层特别派出一批专家搭乘专列前往苏联学习。 一伙海外敌特“教主”组织闻讯秘密训练一批特工，企图阻止肩负建国重任的专家搭载的专列出境，妄想将新中国的建设美梦扼杀于摇蓝中。 一场敌暗我明的拉锯战就此展开……。Copenhagen in autumn.
