Szaffi is a 1985 Hungarian animated film directed by Attila Dargay. It is based on the 1885 book The Gypsy Baron by Mór Jókai, about the romance between a poor Hungarian aristocrat and a mysterious Roma-looking Turkish girl in the 18th century. Music from Johann Strauss II's operetta The Gypsy Baron, based on the same novel, is used for the film's soundtrack.。少女芝芝自幼缺少母爱，跟爸爸和同父异母的妹妹瑶瑶生活在一起，爸爸不了解她，对她很粗暴，屡次伤害她的自尊心，芝芝因此沦落为飞女，跟一群流氓混在一起。芝芝终于找到了妈妈，可是妈妈却不认她。为了偷一个烟斗送给爸爸做生日礼物，芝芝进了监狱，她出狱之后，爸爸病逝了，自己一直爱慕的表哥也跟瑶瑶订了婚，芝芝孤苦无依，回到流氓群中，流氓得知芝芝的妈妈是富婆，要芝芝跟他们一起打劫，芝芝不允，最终芝芝被枪打中，死在了妈妈怀里…。
