The surrounding forest is home to ancient legends, threats that are still valid and that will imm...。1958年，大跃进时代。钟叶平（秦怡 饰）任青龙水库党委书记不久，既制订出提前一年完成水库竣工的跃进计划。省水利局长陈超人（郑大年 饰）却认为此计划违背科学，不赞成实施。省委倪书记（陈戈 饰）却支持钟叶平的计划，让她组织干部群众调研，拿出可行方案。钟叶平和主观武断的陈超人等据理力争，党办主任苏士荣（鲁非 饰）向省委写信反映陈超人要扒开合拢囗的错误方案，脑羞成怒的陈超人准备撤消钟叶平的职务。关健时刻，倪书记来到工地，他通过调查了解，批评了陈超人等，受了批评的陈超人竟不顾施工安全，搞起“遍地开花”工程，造成溢洪陡坡大面积塌方，血的教训使陈超人受到严肃处理......。讲述了年过三十的职业女性梁巧芝，在机缘巧合之下获得超人异能，进而锄强扶弱，并遇上了三个男人，包括英勇干探但极度大男人的杨浩然；本性善良却一夜变成暴发户的徐永晖；还有最后的简明轩，他才华横溢却同时爱上变身前后的巧芝，在这过程中发生的一系列事件。。
