讲述在韩国检察官之间将与凶杀案有关，暴力残酷尺度较大、禁止外流的证据影像称为“极秘档案”。制作人金秀灿得知录影带都被封印在检察厅地下保管室的传闻后，意外获得了相关的录影带，并决定以此为题材制作纪录片。其中，他发现录影带中所记录的1992年东城庄旅馆凶杀案，与1987年峨嵋洞一家凶杀案出奇的一致，究竟真相为何？。When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。富家子何滔（刘家辉 饰）自幼习武，近来被父亲逼着和日本回来的娃娃亲对象成婚，不情愿的何滔在见识了妻子弓子（水野结花 饰）的美貌后欣然同意。但弓子一身日本功夫，每日操练使家中流出了“何滔殴妻”的传闻，何滔试图令弓子修炼更为斯文的中国武术，单被以日本文化自豪的后者拒绝，何滔与妻子争执不下，二人动起手来，弓子不敌遂赌气回日本跟从忍术高手武野三藏（仓田保昭 饰）进修。何滔向妻子发出挑战书，不料被一直属意弓子的武野三藏看到，为了向情敌示威、捍卫日本功夫尊严，武野召集各流派高手赴中国向何滔应战。何滔方面，亦在师傅和师兄弟们的协助下，商议破敌对策，一场夫妻口角演变为中日武术界的战斗……。
