In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。顾航是气运之子命格，天生有大气运伴随，受他影响，女友柳含蕊事业蒸蒸日上。无意间遇到了狐仙，自此开启不一样的生活。。
